Energy Healing Session
A session with me will include an energetic body scan, energy cleansing, and insight debrief. Lie down, take a deep breath, and allow the healing energy to flow through your body.

Guided Energy Release
This session is wonderful for releasing stubborn, heavy tension. Before performing Reiki, I will guide you through a meditation and breathing exercise. This will help relax you and your body while beginning the release process. During this time, you will be surrounded by the sound of my singing bowls. Then, we will move into the Reiki portion where I support energetic release through energy healing. I will wrap this session up with a sage smudge and a final breathing exercise.

Distance Healing
Need a quick session? Not in the area? No worries! Healing knows no limits. For this session, we'll get on a Zoom call where we can virtually meet and do healing at a distance.
